Andrew D. Hudson, MSE, MoT, PMP is a driven executive with over two decades of experience in building envelope construction. He began his early career as a Materials Science engineer and project manager, and later joined an established Pennsylvania-based prefab exterior wall subcontractor. In this position, Andrew found his feet in the construction industry and felt an instant alignment with the prefabrication methodology of construction. His genuine interest in this specialty and love of a challenge expanded his professional role to include sales, management, and ultimately business ownership. This, along with Andrew’s high level of professional integrity, quickly earned him a robust and loyal client base. Out of these relationships came some of his most memorable project collaborations: Olympus HQ (Saucon Valley PA), Merck K15 (Kenilworth NJ), Celgene Summit Campus Building L (Summit NJ), Novartis Oncology Campus Garage – Bamboo Panel Screen Wall (East Hanover NJ), Rockland Children’s Psychiatric Center (Rockland NY), Sands Casino (Bethlehem PA), Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center (Troy NY), Rego Park Mall (Queens NY), The Prudential Center (Newark NJ), and Encore Boston Harbor (Everett MA).
In 2012, Andrew took over managing the Northeast Division of the prefab exterior wall company and expanded their market to include New England. In May of 2018, Andrew founded New England Prefab, LLC with a vision to continue to serve clients interested in high quality, faster building enclosure, and the safest way to construct the exterior of their buildings. New England Prefab has formed a strategic partnership with Jersey Panel Corporation; a company with whom Andrew has a history of many successful joint-venture projects. New England Prefab is also in the process of becoming a Sto Panel Technology Program Affiliate. Together, New England Prefab and Jersey Panel aim to bring the advanced technology of the Sto Panel program to the New England Market.
In addition to his work in the construction industry, Andrew has served on the Board of Directors for Communities in Schools, is the founder and president of the Doghouse Rowing Club in Allentown, PA, is a multi-time Ironman triathlete, and the proud father of two energetic daughters.
Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Materials Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and two advanced degrees; an MBA in Management of Technology (Lehigh University) and a Lucent Program/Project Management (Steven’s Institute of Technology). He was certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
